IMPROPER CONDUCT

 

 Schedule 1 of the Constitution defines improper conduct as:

 

  1. Violation of the Constitution, policies and procedures, rules or directions of the Federation or its bodies;

 

  1. Conduct of a member which is harmful, prejudicial or injurious to the object, interests, good order or character of the Federation or its bodies;

 

  1. Fraudulent, dishonest or deceitful conduct in respect of the purchase or sale of dogs;

 

  1. Intentional falsification of information relating to the registration, transfer of ownership,
          breeding, showing or training of dogs;

 

   5.  Dishonest or deceitful conduct during Shows, Tests or Breed Surveys;

 

   6.  Cruelty to animals.

 

AD HOC DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE

 

 

Any three (3) Executive members who are present at an event may form an ad hoc Disciplinary Committee that may immediately suspend a member of the Federation from participating in official events for a period not exceeding three (3) months pending investigation and disciplinary action should a member have brought the Federation into public dispute. Formal disciplinary actions will be instituted immediately against the member. A member so suspended shall have no recourse to damages or restitution in the event of being found not guilty.
