Post Bag In / Out

We have introduced a "Post Bag" on the web.  Each batch of post "in" and "out" will be recorded in an alphabetical list that members can check to see if their post has arrived, been processed etc. There is a column for "Member Action required" if the documents received were incomplete, not paid etc. The member will be notified of the problem, but can also then follow up with the office.
